Végtelen a variációs lehetőség a színek és formák terén egyaránt. Teljesen kikapcsol. Bármilyen hihetetlen, de mint művészetterápia, hatalmas gyógyító erővel rendelkezik. Testi tünetek gyógyítására is jó, de a depresszióra egyenesen ajánlott! A legjobb, hogy nem kell hozzá rajztudás. Nincs korhoz és eszközökhöz kötve. Művészi fokra lehet emelni bármilyen technikával. Nincs két egyforma, mint ahogy két egyforma nap sincs. Az itt található mandalák harmónikus rezgéseket hordoznak, sokszor célirányosan. Meditációs zene hallgatása közben készültek, füstölő, illóolaj, vagy gyertya kíséretében.
